Abstract: This paper focuses on the modeling, simulation and experimental validation for a photovoltaic system formed by monocrystalline solar modules. The performance of the equivalent circuit model for a solar cell with single-diode, series and equivalent shunt is validated by data measured parameters of photovoltaic modules.
