desenvolvido, apreendido e operacionalizado numa perspetiva diacrónica numa escola.
Genealogy of an educational project. An exploratory study.
The general purpose that guides this study is to understand the way the educational
project, as a guiding document that binds educational and pedagogical performance was
developed, apprehended and set in action from a diachronic perspective in a school. Besides
being a legislated and recently reinforced document in the history of Portuguese educational
policy, it is important to understand, in a concrete space, how do the school teachers interact
professionally, how do they involve themselves, which interactions take place and to what
extend that involvement may or may not be the beginning of a new school culture.
It is within this power that each school holds, that resides the sphere of freedom,
creativity, organization, through the setting in motion of its educational project.
It is a subterranean process that involves the appropriation, participation and
development of pedagogical paths and collaborations, woven between all of its educational
players that characterizes and differentiates schools. |
