Abstract: | Resumo
Este estudo tem como objetivo conhecer a utilização das Redes Sociais nas Pequenas e Médias Empresas portuguesas. Inicialmente foi feita uma abordagem teórica à Internet e às Redes Sociais em Portugal e no mundo para, posteriormente, analisar a utilização que as empresas podem fazer destas plataformas, nomeadamente para o marketing e publicidade, o recrutamento de recursos humanos e o comércio eletrónico. Posteriormente, procedeu-se à análise dos resultados obtidos através dos inquéritos feitos às empresas selecionadas. Entre outras conclusões, verifica-se que as Pequenas e Médias Empresas portuguesas já começam a estar presentes nas Redes Sociais e que a principal razão que as leva a estas plataformas é o facto de quererem dar a conhecer os seus produtos aos seus clientes, bem como saber as opiniões e sugestões que estes têm acerca da empresa: Abstract
The adoption of Social Networks by Portuguese Small and Medium Enterprises
The main goal of this study is to understand the use of Social Networks by Portuguese Small and Medium Enterprises. Initially, a theoretical approach to the Internet and Social Networks in Portugal and in the world was developed. After that the focus was on the use that the enterprises may give to these platforms, as, for example, a mean to marketing and advertising, human resources recruitment, and e-commerce. Subsequently, the data obtained through the survey of selected companies were analyzed. Among other conclusions, it was verified that the Portuguese Small and Medium Enterprises are already starting to be present on Social Networks and that the main reason that leads them to thee platforms is the fact that they want to show their products to their clients, as well as to know their clients opinions and suggestions about the company. |
