Abstract: This study synthesized the empirical evidence on job crafting in hospitality, focusing on its implications for organizational practices. Using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines, 27 empirical studies published in peer-reviewed journals between 2001 and 2024, and addressing job crafting among hospitality workers, were examined. Searches were conducted in Scopus and Web of Science databases. In 2024, the highest number of publications was obtained (n=9). Job crafting was positively related to job performance and occupational well-being. Intervention programs should be created to develop job crafting skills to foster work engagement, job satisfaction, and service quality, benefiting both workers and organizations.
