Interpretação e musicalidade no ensino básico de guitarra

Abstract

Dois aspetos essenciais da música, no geral, são a forma da sua interpretação e as suas características de musicalidade individual do intérprete. Os referidos elementos fazem parte da arte de tocar o instrumento musical, sendo os pontos fulcrais na sua aprendizagem. No entanto, os elementos específicos que formam uma interpretação musical, são frequentemente ignorados ou, até, completamente negligenciados durante o percurso do ensino de guitarra. O presente trabalho pretende abordar os conceitos da Interpretação Musical e de Musicalidade, bem como demonstrar diversos exemplos da sua abordagem no ensino do instrumento. Foram abordadas diferentes estratégias metodológicas, nomeadamente a revisão de literatura existente, a criação do inquérito através do questionário, bem como a análise dos dados obtidos durante a frequência da Unidade Curricular Prática de Ensino Supervisionada. Os resultados e as conclusões obtidas através da análise desta informação, são apresentados, bem como a proposta de algumas estratégias que o professor poderá inserir na sua prática pedagógica; - Interpretation and Musicality at the Elementary Guitar Education Abstract: Two essential aspects of music, in general, are the form of its interpretation and the characteristics of the performer's individual musicality. These elements are part of the art of playing the musical instrument, and are, of course, the focal points in the student's learning. However, the interpretive elements represent one of the components that are often ignored or even completely neglected during the Basic Guitar Course. The present work intends to address some of the definitions of the concepts of Musical Interpretation and Musicality, as well as to demonstrate several examples for their learning. To achieve these objectives, different methodological strategies were addressed, namely the review of the existing literature, the creation of the survey through the questionnaire, as well as the analysis of the data obtained during the attendance of the Practical Curricular Unit of Supervised Teaching. The results and conclusions obtained through the analysis of this information are presented, as well as the proposal of some strategies that the teacher can insert in his pedagogical practice.
