A alta em neonatologia: contributos de enfermagem para a promoção da saúde e bem-estar no recém-nascido e família

Abstract

O presente relatório tem como objetivos : contextualizar o percurso, realizar o enquadramento concetual do projeto de estágio, apresentar o projeto de estágio realizado e analisar e refletir sobre as competências comuns e específicas do Enfermei ro Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Infantil e Pediátrica e as competências de Mestre. O Projeto de Intervenção tem como título, “A Alta em Neonatologia: Contributos de enfermagem para a promoção da saúde e bem - estar do recém - nascido /família ” , sendo o objetivo : d otar a equipa de enfermagem, de um documento orientador, uniformizador de linguagem/conceitos e de procedimentos, na capacitação d os pais para alta do recém - nascido . O enfermeiro assume um papel de destaque na preparação para a alta do recém - na scido /família , tornando - se pertinente a criação de um documento com orientações teórico práticas, com base científica atualizada, de forma a que a informação transmitida aos pais/família, seja o mais coerente possível. O desenvolvimento do Projeto, inclui ndo todas as fases da Metodologia de Projeto é descrito ao longo do relatório, dando resposta a objetivos pessoais e às competências requeridas; A BSTRACT: Title: The Hospital Discharge in Neonatology: Nursing contributions for the promotion of the health and well - being of the newborn / family . The purpose of this report is to contextualize the course, to carry out the conc eptual framework of the internship project, to present the internship project and to analyze and reflect on the common and specific competences of the Nursing Specialist in Child and Pediatric Health Nursing and the competencies of Master. The Interven tion Project has as its title, “ Hospital Discharge in Neonatology - Nursing contributions for the promotion of the health and well - being of the newborn / family ” , with the objective of providing the nursing team with a guiding document, language standardizer / concepts and procedures, in training parents to discharge the newborn. The nurse assumes a prominent role in the preparation for discharge of the newborn / family, making it pertinent to create a document with theoretical and practical guidelines, with u pdated scientific basis, so that the information transmitted to the parents / family, be as coherent as possible. Project development, including all phases of the Project Methodology, is described throughout the report, responding to personal objectives an d required competencies.
