Comparative analyzes of marketing strategies in the national
Brewing industry versus imported beers
The marketing strategy plays a crucial role in the current business context, being one of the main assets of a Company. The correct measurement of Brand Equity will allow a conscious decision-making of possible Marketing investments.
The objective of the present work is to perform a comparative analysis of the marketing strategy of Rosema versus Super Bock and Sagres beer in STP.
A qualitative methodology was developed and interviews were conducted with the main commercial managers of the beers under study in STP. From the analysis of the results, it was concluded that the Rosema Beer presents a strategy based on price / quality and complementarity for the Santomenses families taking into account the profit margins practiced.
These results also allowed us to conclude that the brewer Rosema does not normally apply marketing strategies. Strategies are designed empirically, since the product has great demand, and little supply in the market which leads not to worry urgently. |
