Responsividade materna em bebés com sinais precoces de risco

Abstract

Esta investigação, através da análise de vídeos, pretende analisar em quatro momentos de avaliação a responsividade das mães em bebés sem sinais de risco (N=1) e com risco: ao desenvolvimento (N=3) e psíquico (N=3). Pretende-se ainda relacionar a responsividade materna com o desenvolvimento da intersubjetividade dos bebés. O recurso ao IRDI e sinais PREAUT avaliados pelo NIDIP permitiu perceber se os bebés apresentaram sinais de risco. Para estudar a responsividade materna e a intersubjetividade do bebé recorreu-se à EARM e à Escala de Comportamentos Mãe-bebé, respetivamente. Os resultados mostraram que as mães de bebés em risco psíquico apresentaram uma diminuição de comportamentos responsivos e um aumento de comportamentos intrusivos e negativos. Também se verificou que estas mães apresentaram pouco envolvimento e interesse nas atividades do bebé, es-tando relacionado com a emergência tardia de comportamentos intersubjetivos. Observou-se ainda que as restantes mães mantiveram um estilo mais responsivo sem comportamen-tos negativos; Maternal Responsiveness in Infants with Early Signs of Risk Abstract: This research, through video analysis, aims to analyze in four evaluation moments the mothers' responsiveness in infants without risk signs (N=1) and with risk: development (N=3) and psychic (N=3). It is also intended to relate maternal responsiveness to the development of intersubjectivity of infants. The use of the IRID and PREAUT signals evaluated by the NIDIP made it possible to see if the infants showed signs of risk. To study the maternal res-ponsiveness and intersubjectivity of the infant, resorted the MRS and the Mother-Behavior Scale, respectively. The results showed that the mothers of infants at psychic risk presented a decrease in responsive behaviors and an increase in intrusive and negative behaviors. It was also found that these mothers had little involvement and interest in the infants activities, being related to the late emergence of intersubjective behaviors. It was also observed that the remaining mothers maintained a more responsive style without negative behaviors.
