Influências da educação religiosa da mulher em Sóror Mariana Alcoforado e Pierre-Ambroise Choderlos de Laclos: religião, paixão e libertinagem

Abstract

Este trabalho visa a análise comparativa de dois romances epistolares dos séculos XVII português e XVIII francês, do ponto de vista da educação religiosa da mulher e da sua influência no comportamento das personagens femininas. Pretende-se, através da releitura das Cartas Portuguesas e de Les Liaisons Dangereuses, estabelecer pontos comuns e realçar diferenças na forma como as personagens evoluem na ação, atendendo, sobretudo, à educação religiosa que receberam. Para além de uma breve contextualização histórico-social das obras em análise e de uma reflexão sobre a natureza do romance epistolar, ocupar-nos-emos da génese dos romances analisados. Enquadrada a condição feminina como aspeto predominante, o segundo capítulo abordará a questão cerne da análise textual em ambas as obras - a educação religiosa da mulher. Por fim, o terceiro capítulo encerrará a análise comparativa propriamente dita entre as duas obras, chegando a conclusões sobre a influência da educação religiosa da mulher nas personagens analisadas; RÉSUMÉ: Cette étude vise l’analyse comparative de deux romans épistolaires du: XVIIe siecle portugais et du XVIIIe siecle français, du point de vue de l’éducation religieuse de la femme et de son influence sur le comportement de celle-ci. Par le biais d'une relecture de Cartas portuguesas et de Les Liaisons dangereuses, on a pour but de mettre en évidence les similitudes et les différences dans la façon dont les personnages évoluent dans l'action, en ayant une attention particuliere envers les effets de l'éducation reçue. Il s'agira donc, dans un premier temps, d'encadrer le contexte historique et social des reuvres en cause, de faire une breve réflexion sur le roman épistolaire et de présenter la genese des reuvres analysées. Dans le deuxieme chapitre, il s'ensuivra l'abordage du theme central de l'étude - l’éducation religieuse de la femme. Enfin, le dernier chapitre s'occupera de l’analyse comparative en soi des deux reuvres pour dégager les conclusions sur l'influence de l’éducation religieuse de la femme à partir des personnages féminins analysés. ABSTRACT; This work aims at a comparative analysis of two epistolary novels of the seventeenth Portuguese and eighteenth French centuries, based on religious education of women and their influence on the behavior of the female characters. We intend, through the reading of Cartas Portuguesas and Les Liaisons Dangereuses, to establish commonalities as well as highlight the differences in the way the characters evolve in the action, especially through the religious education they received. We begin with a brief historical and social context of the works in the question, as well as a reflection on the nature of the epistolary novels a narrative subgenre and the presentation of the genesis of the novels analyzed. The second chapter will approach the core of textual analysis in both works - the religious education of women. Finally, the third chapter will dose itself to comparative analysis between the two works, drawing conclusions about the influence of the religious education of women in the characters analyzed.
