Supervisor escolar: sujeito agente no processo de mudança educacional

Abstract

Busca-se no presente estudo apresentar um perfil da atuação do supervisor escolar, assim como apontar como este pode intervir significativamente para o desenvolvimento profissional do professor, no sentido melhorar suas condições de trabalho, incentivando sua inovação metodológica, propiciando uma relação de maior respeito e interação com os alunos, contribuindo para um aperfeiçoamento do processo de ensino-aprendizagem dos professores do Ensino Fundamental do município de Jacundpa-Pa. Com relação aos objetivos destacam-se: escrever as contribuições essenciais do supervisor pedagógico diante de um novo conceito de educação e de formação docente considerando os aspectos históricos, sociais, econômicos, políticos e culturais do contexto. Avaliar a influência do supervisor no processo de ensino e aprendizagem, na perspectiva de professores e alunos; Analisar o contributo da formação inicial na prática docente, apontando as maiores dificuldades dos professores na pratica pedagógica; Avaliar a relação entre o supervisor pedagógico os professores nas escolas municipais no município de Jacundá-Pa; Discutir o emprego das ferramentas utilizadas pelo supervisor escolar direcionadas a incentivar a autoconfiança e preparo para atuação profissional, em uma escola do município de Jacundá; ABSTRACT: Search in the present study provide a profile of the teaching role of the supervisor, as well as point out how this can interfere significantly to teacher professional development in order to improve their working conditions, encouraging their methodological innovation, providing a ratio of greater respect and interaction with students, contributing to an improvement of the teaching-learning process of elementary school teachers in the municipality of Jocund-pa. With respect to the objectives are: to write the essential contributions of the supervisor before teaching a new concept of education and teacher training considering the historical, social, economic, political and cultural context. To evaluate the influence of the supervisor in the process of teaching and learning in the perspective of teachers and students, analyze the contribution of initial training in teaching practice, pointing out the major difficulties of teachers in educational practice, evaluate the relationship between the supervisor teachers teaching in schools municipalities in the city of Pa-Jacundá; Discuss the use of teaching tools used by the supervisor directed at encouraging self confidence and preparation for professional practice in a school in the municipality of achieved.
