This paper aims to develop a theoretical research based on the contribution of Neuroscience, assuming the conviction that the baby is born with the expectation of love. Based on the scientific deduction that the first and emotional relationships have an impact on the development of the baby's brain - and are projected later in the character of the adult - it is assumed that love is a determinant key of citizenship. Linking knowledge to action, it is suggested an educational intervention model based on relationship.
