Abstract

Este trabalho aborda vários domínios fundamentais da actividade docente, focando-se, essencialmente, nas problemáticas emergentes da prática lectiva. Esta deve ter como base o domínio dos currículos e programas de ensino, para além de ser enriquecida e sustentada por uma profunda reflexão didáctica acerca dos métodos, estratégias e tarefas a implementar em sala de aula. Esta reflexão crítica torna-se essencial, pois irá balizar as opções do professor no seu papel de mediador entre o saber e o aluno. Outro aspecto a ter em conta prende-se com a participação do docente no seio da instituição escolar, assim como da perspectiva que tem da mesma; ABSTRACT: This work is an approach to the main aspects of the teacher’s activity focusing, basically, on the problems caused by this practice. This has to be based on the mastering of the curricula and subjects taught as well as being enriched and sustained by a deep didactic reflection on the methods, strategies and tasks used in the classroom. This critical reflection is essential as it will be the basis for the barriers between the options of the teacher as a mediator between the knowledge and the student. Another aspect to be observed must be the teacher’s participation in the core of the educational institution and his perspective on it.
