Abstract: | Abstract
This text results from the narrative research registered on the PhD that we developed. Teacher´s voices gave us the possibility for knowing the contextual settings at a time of changes, which potentiated or inhibited the development of four teachers. Inspired in paradigms of complexity and socio-constructivist perspectives, the content analysis allowed the (re) signification of what they have written in their life stories. So, what we share here is only a part of the analysis of three broad categories of analysis. The story of "Anna" called informal and non-formal, every day and collaborative experiences in work context. The analysis and interpretation of her story allowed us to conclude that, in a way, this time of change impelled learning because the environment allowed Ana to make connections with prior knowledge and paths of personal, academic and professional life. On the other hand, training, learning and development have blurred the boundaries when leadership, collaboration and conversation were positive contextual resources for her to learn within. |
