As iniciativas Terra Nómada
This investigation reports a multicase study aiming at understanding the process
of school reintegration of three PIEF class-groups inserted in the project Terra Nómada.
The use of learner-centred teaching processes and the existance of highly motivated
teams, willing to do cooperative work and to connect and develop transdisciplinary
projects emerge as added value. The co-teaching method favoured the adoption of
diversified teaching strategies and the work organisation underlying the
individualisation principle. Terra Nómada initiatives strenghtened the link with the
families and had an evident impact on the professional practices of the teachers. The
biggest fragilities were found at the level of curriculum management, with some
simplification of the designed curriculum, generalisation of the individual plans and
reduced control of their implementation. |
