A criança como cidadã digital

Abstract

O presente relatório de investigação-ação surge no âmbito da unidade curricular Prática de Ensino Supervisionada em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, investigando o tema “A Criança Como Cidadã Digital” cujo objetivo geral procurou promover aprendizagens de caráter tecnológico com vista a desenvolver competências necessárias a um cidadão digital com crianças de Pré-Escolar e 1º Ciclo nos contextos de PES. Este projeto basear-se-á nas competências que devem ser desenvolvidas pelo Cidadão Digital segundo os referenciais DigComp e DigCompEdu. Para alcançar os objetivos identificados recorreu-se à metodologia de investigação-ação, utilizando os seguintes instrumentos de produção/recolha de dados: reflexões da PES, notas de campo, planificações e a Escala ECERS - ICT (Folque, et al., 2002). Os resultados emergentes do processo investigativo, sugerem que práticas de ensino com recurso às TIC, permitirá às crianças enriquecer o seu processo de aprendizagem e adquirirem competências inerentes a um cidadão digital; - Supervised Teaching Practice in Pre-School Education and Primary School Teaching - The Child as a Digital Citizen Abstract: This action-research report is part of the course Supervised Teaching Practice in Pre-School Education and Primary School Education, investigating the theme “The Child as a Digital Citizen”, whose general aim was to promote technological learning in order to develop the skills needed to be a digital citizen with pre-school and primary school children in PES contexts. This project will be based on the skills that should be developed by the Digital Citizen according to the DigComp and DigCompEdu frameworks. To achieve the objectives identified, an action research methodology was used, utilizing the following data production/collection tools: PES reflections, field notes, planning and the ECERS - ICT Scale (Folque, et al., 2002). The results emerging from the research process suggest that teaching practices using ICT will enable children to enrich their learning process and acquire skills inherent to a digital citizen.
