The music of Edison Denisov has a complex and deep texture, which contrasts with the simplicity and clarity of the sounds that penetrate the listener's world and enable them to comprehend the melody's flow and direction. “From Dusk to Light” takes us for moments of incredible complexity of written music, surpassing the notes in the score and fulfilling our imaginary and soul of dreams about different moments that extend from chaos to purity. This musical composition challenges the interpreter's sensitivity as well as the instrument's capabilities in modern language to transcend various constructional styles, objectivity, pure intuition, and assertiveness in the musical sphere. Additionally, it establishes the profile and originality of the composer's ability to create a musical scene using contemporary language, technique, and skill. |
