A questão da ética na psicoterapia: contributos da fenomenologia hermenêutica de Martin Heidegger

Abstract

A presente pesquisa pretendeu construir compreensões sobre os fenômenos da existência humana, aproximando ética e clínica psicológica. Inspirou-se na Fenomenologia Hermenêutica de Martin Heidegger, bem como em seus estudos sobre Ontologia. Na pesquisa, o exercício compreensivo privilegiou a hermenêutica heideggeriana como horizonte de encontro para compreender ética a partir do modo de abertura existencial expressivo da circularidade de sentido, envolvendo entes humanos e diversos existenciais. O problema investigado propôs compreensões sobre ética, fomentando reflexões quanto à condição ontológica de ser-nomundo, consoante Heidegger em Ser e tempo. Esta pesquisa objetivou compreender a ética, distinguindo-a de moral e desconstruindo o modo usual como ética é resumida, na Psicologia, ao Código de Ética. A ética é tema de tese e é compreendida num aproximar de permanente atualização do caminho ontológico. Ética é concebida constituída pelos existenciais cuidado, liberdade e responsabilidade. A pesquisa faz parte da modalidade de pesquisa teórica, de natureza original, exploratória e descritiva, cujo método de investigação se apoia na Fenomenologia Hermenêutica heideggeriana, na qual são demonstráveis possibilidades de leitura compreensiva, visando à articulação ética e clínica psicológica/psicoterapêutica, fundamentada na Fenomenologia Existencial heideggeriana. Os resultados encontrados sugerem a desconstrução de ética do modo como é considerada na clínica psicológica, justificada no Código de Ética, a fim de sustentar uma ética voltada aos modos como habitamos mundo e, a partir dos contributos de Heidegger para a clínica psicológica englobando a atividade psicoterapêutica, pela defesa da construção de pilares de ética como cuidado, liberdade e responsabilidade. Essa pesquisa aponta outros modos de refletir sobre a ética e contribui para a aproximação compreensiva do cotidiano. Com isso esse estudo poderá favorecer questionamentos e mobilizações quanto aos modos de ampliarmos conhecimentos para a Psicologia na interface com a Filosofia aproximando modos de existir e ética, a fim de podermos habitá-la e nos aproximarmos do pensar ontológico; Abstract The question of ethics in Psychotherapy: Contributions of Martin Heidegger's hermeneutic phenomenology The present research aimed to build understanding about the phenomena of human existence, developing an approximation between ethics and psychological clinic. Inspired in the Martin Heidegger’s Hermeneutic Phenomenology, as well as in his studies in the area of Ontology. In the research, the developed comprehensive exercise privileged Heideggerian hermeneutics as a horizon of encounter to understand ethics from the existential expressive way of opening of the circularity of meaning, involving human beings and existential ones. The probleminvestigated proposed understandings about ethics, fomenting reflections on the ontological condition of being-in-the-world, according to Heidegger in Being and time. This research aimed to understand ethics, distinguishing it from moral and deconstructing the usual way as ethics is summarized, in Psychology, to the code of professional ethics. Ethics is thesis topic and is understood in approach to a permanent updating of the ontological way. Ethics is conceived as being constituted by existential care, freedom and responsibility. The research is academic, original, exploratory and descriptive, whose research method is based on the Hermeneutic Phenomenology of Martin Heidegger, where are demonstrable possibilities for comprehensive reading, aiming at the articulation between ethics and clinical psychology / psychotherapeutics, based on the Existential Phenomenology of the philosopher. The results suggest the deconstruction of ethics in the way it is considered in the psychological clinic, justified in the Code of Ethics, in order to defend an ethics focused on the ways in which we inhabit the world, and from the contributions of Heidegger to clinical and psychotherapeutic work, for the defense of the construction of ethical pillars such as care, freedom and responsibility. This research points to other ways of ethical thinking and contributes to the understanding of everyday life, in a reflexive manner. The study can promote questions and mobilizations about to ways of relating to ethics, so that we can inhabit it and approach ontological thinking.
