A mobilização dos talentos escondidos com base no desenvolvimento comunitário: o caso da Associação Alliende

Abstract

Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar o papel e as características que os recursos endógenos, nomeadamente, os recursos humanos, podem desempenhar na ativação e fecundação dos talentos locais. A população investigada compõem-se de quatro pessoas do sexo feminino e uma do sexo masculino, com idades compreendias entre 32 e 45 anos, residentes nas freguesias de Montoito, Redondo e Azaruja, as quais foram distribuídas por três grupos de análise: A e B. O grupo "A", corresponde as três histórias de vida, as quais foram previamente selecionadas. No grupo "B", os informantes - chave da Aliende. A metodologia utilizada é de natureza qualitativa, tendo como instrumento de coleta de dados entrevista semi-estruturada. Neste sentido foram construídos dois guiões de entrevista. Após a recolha dos dados, procedeu-se à análise de conteúdo, de três histórias de vida e entrevistas com informantes chave da Associação Aliende. Os resultados obtidos indicam que a Aliende é uma mobilizadora e promotora de talentos na comunidade, o que tem contribuído para a mudança de vida das pessoas e consequentemente, para o Desenvolvimento Local. ABSTRACT; This study aims to analise the role and the characteristics which the endogenous resources, namely the human resources, can play in the performance and effectiveness of these local talents. The studied investigated population are four people of the female gender and one of the male gender, aged from 32 to 45 years, living in the parishes of Montoito, Redondo and Azaruja. These parishes have been distributed into two groups of analysis: A and_H. Group "A" corresponds to the three stories of life, previously selected. Group "B", the informers-key of the Aliende. The methodology used is of a qualitative nature, having as instrument the gathering of data a semi-structured interview. Therefore two interview guidings were mada. After the data collection was completed, we proceed to the analysis of its content, the three life stories and the interviews of the informers key of the Aliende Association. The results obtained indicate that the Aliende is a mobilizer and promoter of talents in the community, which has contributed for the change of people's lives and consequently for the Local Development.
