Abstract: | O sucesso escolar depende tanto dos aspetos intelectuais como dos afetivos. Porém, pouco se sabe sobre as emoções académicas experienciadas pelos alunos no processo de ensino e aprendizagem.
O principal objetivo deste estudo é explorar como é que os alunos vivenciam situações de estudo individual em termos cognitivos, procedimentais e afetivo-emocionais. Através de entrevistas semiestruturadas a 12 alunos do 5º Ano de escolaridade identificam-se as conceções, os hábitos e as estratégias de estudo utilizados, bem como emoções e cognições presentes nessas situações.
O discurso obtido foi analisado através de análise de conteúdo. Os dados foram também analisados quantitativamente. Os resultados evidenciam que a leitura é a estratégia mais utilizada no processo de estudo. Durante o processo de estudo os alunos sentem sobretudo emoções positivas face às disciplinas que consideram fáceis e de que gostam e maioritariamente negativas face às que consideram difíceis e de que não gostam; ABSTRACT: School success depends on intellectual and emotional aspects. However, little is known about the academic emotions experienced by students in the process of teaching and learning.
The main objective of this study is to explore how students experience situations of individual study in cognitive terms, procedural and affective-emotional. Through semi-structured interviews with 12 students in the 5th year of schooling identifies the conceptions, habits and study strategies used as well as emotions and cognitions in those situations.
The speech obtained was analyzed using content analysis. The data were also analyzed quantitatively. The results show that reading is the most used strategy in the study process. During the study process students feel particularly positive emotions face to disciplines who consider easy and they like and mostly negative in the face of difficult and consider that they do not like. |
