A consciencialização da eurocidadania. O futuro da Europa em análise

Abstract

A Europa é uma estrutura de poder artificialmente construída, é um projecto político de construção de uma estrutura de organização social. O Domo europeanus desempenha um papel fundamental em toda a integração europeia. Ele é a base desta pirâmide de poder. A Europa vive hoje uma crise de identidade. O problema começa nos seus cidadãos. Os cidadãos europeus, cépticos e desconfiados, detentores de parca e distorcida informação sobre a Europa, em tempo de crise, tendem fortemente a rejeitar a Europa unida. Se a Europa é uma forma de organização societária político-social, sustentada num contrato social, numa legitimidade que lhe é conferida pelos cidadãos de que se compõe, a falta de legitimidade da Europa comunitária implicará irremediavelmente o seu fim. Este é o problema socio-político em causa. E, por isso, avançamos neste estudo com a identificação das causas desta falta de cidadania, deste crescente afastamento dos cidadãos europeus do seu sistema de organização político-social, mais, da sua veemente negação e das consequências que dela podem advir, para, a partir desta análise, descortinar o futuro da Europa social, o trilho certo a percorrer. Esta é a finalidade do presente estudo: saber qual o futuro da Europa social, qual a importância da actuação dos seus cidadãos em todo este processo. Analisar o que vai mal na sociedade europeia, saber o porquê, prever qual será o seu futuro se o mal não for remediado, para, a final, propor a solução do problema social instalado. /*** Abstract - Europe is a power's structure artificially builted, a political project, a social organization structure in construction. The homo europeanus leads a fundamental part in all the European integration. He's the support of this pyramid of power. Europe lives today an identity crisis. The problem begins in its citizens. The skeptical and suspicious European citizens, holders of lack and distorced information, in time of crises, tend to strongly reject the united Europe. If Europe is a form of social and political organization, hold in a social contract, a legitimacy that is given by its citizens, the lack of that legitimacy in. Communitary Europe will irremediably settle its ending. This is the social-political problem in, study. And so, we'll continue in this study with the identification of the causes for this lack of citizenship, this growing distance of the European citizens from their social and political organization system, of their strong denial and of what may be the consequences resulting from that fact, to, beginning by this analysis, discover the social Europe's future, the right way to go. This is the meaning of the present study: to know which will be the social Europe's future, how important is the performance of the European citizenship in all this process. To analyse what is wrong in Europe society today, knowing why, to predict what shall be the future if this problem will not be resolved, to, in the end, propose the solution of the social problem installed.
