A soberania e a interdependência dos estados

Abstract

O Presente trabalho tema como tema a interdependência e a soberania dos Estados e, concomitantemente, procurou investigar as implicações da interdependência na soberania dos Estados. Para o efeito, buscou-se interpretar analiticamente a evolução histórica do conceito de soberania tendo em conta a interdependência dos Estados, circunscrita nos processos de integração, cooperação e globalização. Identificando desta feita, os factores ilustrativos da desconfiguração das características peculiares da soberania moderna dos Estados assente num estudo comparado entre esta e a soberania pós-moderna; bem como analisando o papel do Estado e suas relações com outros actores não estatais no sistema internacional, tendo em conta os reflexos da desconfiguração das características peculiares da soberania clássica e moderna decorrente da participação dos Estados em processos de integração económica, como é o caso da experiência europeia “União Europeia”, que ilustra na prática como os Estados-membros vêm se adaptando a essa nova realidade do sistema internacional, onde o exercício compartilha da soberania se faz necessário, evidenciando desta forma a nova definição de soberania reclamada pela realidade do mundo contemporâneo; ABSTRACT: The present work theme as the interdependence and sovereignty of states and hence sought to investigate the implications of interdependence sovereignty of states. To this end, we attempted to analytically interpret the historical evolution of the concept of sovereignty in view of the interdependence of states, confined in the processes of integration, cooperation and globalization. Identifying this time, the mangling of factors illustrative of the peculiarities of modern sovereignty of states based on a comparative study between this and the postmodern sovereignty, as well as examining the role of the state and its relations with other non-state actors in the international system, taking into account the reflections of the mangling of the peculiar characteristics of classical and modern sovereignty resulting from the participation of States in economic integration processes, such as the European experience "European Union", which shows in practice how Member States are adapting to this new reality of the international system, where the exercise of sovereignty sharing is required, thus demonstrating the new definition of sovereignty claimed by the reality of the contemporary world.
