Dinâmicas das relações da rede formal de saúde da criança maltratada na cidade do Barreiro

Abstract

A problemática da criança maltratada só teve relevo, como unidade de investigação, no nosso país no século XX, inicio dos anos 80. Na actualidade verifica-se o constante aumento do número de casos de crianças vítimas de maus tratos nas urgências do nosso país e neste caso específico da cidade do Barreiro, sendo assim é urgente a investigação das relações estabelecidas entre os vários actores da rede formal de Saúde que dão suporte a estas crianças e que contribuem de forma decisiva para o seu bem-estar físico, psicológico e social, o que nos direcciona para o conceito de qualidade em saúde, sua monitorização e avaliação na procura da excelência dos cuidados. A análise é efectuada através da metodologia de ARS (análise de redes sociais), raramente aplicada em investigação na área da saúde no nosso país. Neste trabalho é considerado a base da descrição dos resultados na análise de conteúdo e ilustrando com a ARS procurou-se analisar a representação das várias entidades em rede, identificá-las, e perceber o nível de relações entre os actores, caracterizando assim de forma pouco utilizada as dinâmicas das relações da rede Formal de S aúde da criança maltratada. Com os dados descritos obteve-se uma matriz ponderada, dando origem a um grafo orientado que se traduz numa rede formal de densidade moderada onde predomina a existência de laços fortes a pode-se identificar a existência de sub-grupos dentro do grafo da rede formal. Destaca-se ainda o poder de centralização de uma das entidades em relação a todas as outras, assumindo essa uma importância major no estabelecimento das relações com os restantes actores na rede Formal de Saúde da criança maltratada na cidade do Barreiro; ABSTRACT: The issue of child abused only gained importance, as a research unit in our country in the twentieth century, early eighties. Currently, there is a constant increase in the number of cases of children who are victims of abuse in the emergency units of our country and in this specific case in the emergency unit of the city of Barreiro, therefore it is urgent to research the established relations between the several actors of the formal health network who give support to these children and contribute decisively for their physical, psychological and social well-being, which directs us to the concept of quality in health, its monitoring and evaluation in the search of excellency in care. The analysis is made through the methodology of SNA (social network analysis), rarely applied in investigation in the area of health in our country. In this work is considered the basis of the description of results in the analysis of content and by illustrating with SAN an attempt is made to analyze the representation of the several entities in the network, identify them, and realize the level of the relations among them, characterizing the dynamic of the relations in the formal health network of abused children in a rarely used way. With the described data a weighted matrix was obtained, giving origin to an orientated graph which translates into a formal network of moderate density in which the existence of strong ties predominates and the existence of sub-groups within the formal network graph can be identified. It is also highlighted the power of centralization of one of the entities in relation to the others as it assumes a major importance in the establishing of the relations with the rest of the actors in the formal health network of the abused child in the city of Barreiro.
