Formação continuada de professores: qualidade no ensino / aprendizagem de jovens e adultos

Abstract

O escopo desta é enfocar especificamente a formação continuada do professor, com o foco na gestão educacional escolar, evidenciando-se o processo contínuo e a prática reflexiva do trabalho desse profissional. Sabe-se, que os profissionais atualmente estão na era da tecnologia e da informação, por esta razão, os professores não poderão ficar na inércia quanto esta realidade, porque o seu papel é de mudança na estrutura social, proporcionando a desmistificação da realidade mistificada, atuando e refletindo com os indivíduos com quem trabalha para conscientizar-se junto com eles das reais dificuldades da sua sociedade. A Escola por sua vez, atuando com as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para a educação de Jovens e Adultos poderá motivar seus profissionais pedagógicos, e nesse ambiente, o ensino/aprendizagem resultará em frutos editados pelos pilares da educação. Nesta pesquisa, foi visto o perfil do professor de Educação de Jovens e Adultos do Centro Educacional de Jovens e Adultos – CEJA, para incentivar a prática das diretrizes educacionais naquela escola. O objetivo geral desta pesquisa é analisar como as políticas e ações da educação continuada tornam possível a aprendizagem e o desenvolvimento humano no Centro Educacional de Jovens e Adultos da Secretaria Estadual de Educação, podendo servir de modelo educacional, através das informações coletadas para formação continuada do Ensino de Jovens e Adultos. Já os objetivos específicos são de informar aos professores do Ensino Fundamental -2º segmento do CEJA que a capacitação é um fator de crescimento profissional; de avaliar o grau de interesse destes professores; e incentivar a educação continuada como crescimento pessoal e profissional.. A metodologia adotada foi bibliográfica, adotando a técnica com uma pesquisa de campo, assim houve aplicação de um questionário estruturado, se aplicado a dez professores de um universo de treze professores do Ensino Fundamental -2º segmento contendo 25 questões entre abertas e fechadas, que foram anteriormente testadas por três professores que não participaram da pesquisa..O embasamento teórico teve a legislação pertinente à educação, para servir de base de sustentação para as idéias pesquisadas, e também conhecimento sobre metodologia. O objetivo geral é demonstrar a importância da educação continuadas na formação dos professores de jovens e adultos. Os objetivos específicos dão suporte para o desenvolvimento das idéias estudadas no que se refere a prática reflexiva e a atuação do professor em sala de aula. Contudo, caracteriza-se esta pesquisa de natureza descritiva com método de entrevistas com questões abertas e fechadas. Espera-se contribuir com a formação de professores no que se refere à prática educativa para Jovens e Adultos na definição de ensino/aprendizagem; ABSTRACT: The target of this is specifically to focus the continued formation of the professor, with the focus in the pertaining to school educational management, proving the continuous process and the practical reflexive of the work of this professional. Knows, that the professionals currently are in the age of the technology and of the information, for this reason, the professors could not be in inertia how much this reality, because its paper is of change in the social structure, providing the demystification of the mystified reality, acting and reflecting with the individuals with who it works together with to acquire knowledge they of the real difficulties of its society. The School in turn, acting with the National Curricular Lines of direction for the Young education of e Adult will be able to motivate its pedagogical professionals, and in this environment, education/learning will result in fruits edited for them pillars of the education. In this research, the profile of the professor of Education of Young and Adults of Adult Young the Educational Center of e - CEJA was seen, to stimulate the practical one of the educational lines of direction in that school. The general objective of this research is to analyze as the politics and actions of the continued education become possible the learning and the human development in the Educational Center of Young and Adults of the State Secretariat of Education, being able to serve of educational model, through the information collected for continued formation of Education of Young and Adults. Already the specific objectives are to inform to the professors of Basic Education -2º segment of the CEJA that the qualification is a factor of professional growth; to evaluate the degree of interest of these professors; e to stimulate the continued education as personal and professional growth. The adopted methodology was with the bibliographical research and a field research, with application of a questionnaire structuralized, applied the ten professors of Basic Education - 2º segment I contend 25 questions between open and closed. The theoretical basement had the pertinent legislation to the education and books, to serve of base of sustentation for the ideas searched, and also knowledge on methodology. The general objective is to demonstrate the education continued of the professors in the young education of e adult. The specific objectives give to support for the development of the ideas studied with respect to practical reflexive and the performance of the professor in classroom. However, this research of descriptive, quantitative nature is characterized with method of interviews with open and closed questions. One expects to contribute with the educative formation of professors with respect to practical for Young and Adults in the education definition/learning.
