Neste estudo
participaram 304 crianças, 20 (6,6%) delas com PEA, a frequentar turmas (n = 14) do 1º
ciclo do ensino básico.
This research aims to contribute the study of school inclusion of children with Autism
Spectrum Disorders (ASD). To this end, we start with the analysis of the relationship
teacher-child, holder (n = 14) and support (n = 10), and the relationship between the pairs
(in terms of preferences and rejections). The research is 304 children, 20 (6,6%) them with
ASD, to attend classes (n = 14) of the 1st cycle of basic education. We used the teacherchild
relationship scale, a sociometric technique and the classroom picture. We conclude
form this study that the quality of teacher-child relationship is associated with the condition
of ASD and the level of social inclusion of children in the class group. The results suggests
that when children have ASD, the teacher perceives a more conflictual and dependent
relationship. At the level of acceptance by the classmates, children with ASD appear to be
in a disadvantage situation compared with other children in the class. |
