Abstract: | O presente estudo visou fazer uma análise sobre os programas de formação
em coaching na Europa, com o objectivo de perceber quem lecciona coaching na
Europa, como funcionam de forma global os cursos e que visões têm sobre o coaching
as Entidades, recorrendo a uma recolha online de programas de formação em
Coaching na Europa, foi realizada uma análise de conteúdo com apoio do Software
Nvivo 7. Foram constituídas 3 grandes categorias de análise: (1) relativas às
Instituições; (2) relativas aos programas de formação; (3) relativas à visão que as
entidades promotoras dos cursos têm sobre o Coaching. Com Base nestes dados,
formam-se as bases para explorar através da Formação, questões ligadas ao
Profissionalismo na Europa; ### ABSTRACT: The present study was prepared to perform an analysis of training programs in
coaching in Europe, in order to understand who teaches coaching in Europe, how the
courses operate globally and views of Coaching by the Entities, using a collection of
online training programs of coaching in Europe. Through a qualitative analysis, and
support of the Software Nvivo 7, were established categories of analysis based on the
meanings assigned and existing theory, getting the data about the institutions and
establishing a difference between University courses and Private Companies, and
reorganizing data regarding the training itself, in its various dimensions and the views
about Coaching that the entities have. Based on these data, presented on the present
study were formed the basis for exploring through the training, professionalism issues
in Europe. |
