After a general contextualization of the Brazilian events that influence the topic, this study focuses on current legislation and the legal protection process implemented since the second half of the 20th century. Os dados recolhidos correspondem a 3991 inseminações de 19 explorações, no período de 1 de novembro de 2021 a 30 de outubro de 2022. O objetivo deste estudo consiste em quantificar a relação entre o stress térmico e taxa de concepção nas vacas de leite. O índice de temperatura e humidade semanal máximo revelou ser o indicador com uma maior correlação à taxa de concepção, mostrando uma associação negativa moderada (-0,537, significativa no nível 0,01). Não foi possível estabelecer correlação entre o THI e o número de inseminações realizadas por dia. Foi ainda observada uma correlação positiva baixa significativa entre a velocidade do vento e a taxa de concepção; - Influence of heat stress on the reproductive performance of dairy cows in São Miguel: Retrospective study ABSTRACT: This study investigated how heat stress affects the reproductive health of dairy cows in São Miguel, aiming to improve their reproductive efficiency. It was focused on defining the best way to measure heat stress and analyzing the connection between heat stress and key reproductive factors in the cows. Data from 3991 inseminations across 19 farms, collected between November 1st, 2021, and October 30th, 2022, was analyzed. The objectives of this study were to quantify the relationship between heat stress and conception rate in dairy cows. The study found that the maximum weekly THI had the strongest correlation with conception rate, showing a negative association (-0.537, significant at 0.01 level). No correlation was found between THI and the number of inseminations executed per day. Finally, a weak but significant positive correlation was verified between wind speed and the conception rate. Este projeto basear-se-á nas competências que devem ser desenvolvidas pelo Cidadão Digital segundo os referenciais DigComp e DigCompEdu. Para alcançar os objetivos identificados recorreu-se à metodologia de investigação-ação, utilizando os seguintes instrumentos de produção/recolha de dados: reflexões da PES, notas de campo, planificações e a Escala ECERS - ICT (Folque, et al., 2002). Os resultados emergentes do processo investigativo, sugerem que práticas de ensino com recurso às TIC, permitirá às crianças enriquecer o seu processo de aprendizagem e adquirirem competências inerentes a um cidadão digital; - Supervised Teaching Practice in Pre-School Education and Primary School Teaching - The Child as a Digital Citizen Abstract: This action-research report is part of the course Supervised Teaching Practice in Pre-School Education and Primary School Education, investigating the theme “The Child as a Digital Citizen”, whose general aim was to promote technological learning in order to develop the skills needed to be a digital citizen with pre-school and primary school children in PES contexts. This project will be based on the skills that should be developed by the Digital Citizen according to the DigComp and DigCompEdu frameworks. To achieve the objectives identified, an action research methodology was used, utilizing the following data production/collection tools: PES reflections, field notes, planning and the ECERS - ICT Scale (Folque, et al., 2002). The results emerging from the research process suggest that teaching practices using ICT will enable children to enrich their learning process and acquire skills inherent to a digital citizen. Inicialmente, com o intuito de atingir esse objectivo, esclareço a peculiariedade da Filosofia Antiga, os traços fundamentais do modo de vida do filósofo na Antiguidade e ainda os modos de vida nas diferentes escolas filosóficas. Depois aprofundo a noçã o de «exercícios espirituais», com a listagem e descrição dos mesmos. Por fim, para além de alguns assuntos de fronteira, chego ao que realmente pretendo, que é a defesa da aplica ção dos exercícios espirituais, segundo Pierre Hadot, na área do Acon selhamento Filosófico , focando ainda outras questões complementares , enriquecendo assim a Filosofia Aplicada; - Abstract: Ancient Spiritual Exercises, in Pierre Hadot, and Their Applicability in Philosophical Counselling Drawing from the notion of "spiritual exercises" theorised by the French philosopher Pierre Hadot in his studies on Ancient Philosophy, this paper aims to advocate for the use of these spiritual exercises in "Philosophical Counselling," one of the contemporary areas of Applied Philosophy. Initially, to achieve this objective, I clarify the peculiarities of Ancient Philosophy, the fundamental traits of the philosopher's way of life in Antiquity, and the different lifestyles within various philosophical schools. Then, I delve into the notion of "spiritual exercises," listing and describing them. Given that these exercises can be applied in the context of Philosophical Counselling, I explain this field, its origins, the skills required for its practice, and its methods. Finally, beyond discussing some related topics, I arrive at my main goal: defending the application of spiritual exercises, according to Pierre Hadot, in the realm of Philosophical Counselling.
