More than a mere accountability exercise, it represents a fundamental opportunity to systematically understand whether the efforts and resources invested have produced the intended results. Its purpose goes beyond simple verification. Evaluation is necessary to pro- vide relevant information that can improve projects for their stakeholders, transforming data into learning and evidence into action.
