Abstract: In this volume we hope to contribute to &#xD;
a re-evaluation of the current political crises and the need for &#xD;
human rights-centred political alternatives. The chapters that com&#xD;
prise this book are structured around a transdisciplinary meth&#xD;
odological framework, that reflects the evolving and complex &#xD;
affirmations of human rights quest in an ongoing scholarly dis&#xD;
cussion. All the chapters take a critical analysis approach to a wide &#xD;
range of theoretical frameworks and political and institutional  &#xD;
settings.</summary>

Abstract: O assédio sexual acontece diariamente nas escolas, nas universidades, na rua, perto ou longe de casa, nos transportes e no trabalho, podendo ser extremamente perturbador na vida quotidiana das mulheres, para além de minar e ameaçar a igualdade entre mulheres e homens.&#xD;
&#xD;
As autoras, apresentam-nos um livro fundamental para compreender este fenómeno e refletir sobre o mesmo. Numa linguagem clara e objetiva, esclarecem-nos sobre a origem do movimento #MeToo, a sua evolução em Portugal, mas também sobre o que diz a lei portuguesa e o que deveria mudar na mesma, relatam-nos casos mediáticos e anónimos, mostrando-nos que a exposição de ambos é extremamente importante, desfazem mitos sobre o assédio sexual e respondem às perguntas mais frequentes que tantas vezes uma mulher vítima de assédio e a própria sociedade em geral se colocam: &#xD;

Quais os principais comportamentos que podem ser considerados assédio sexual?&#xD;
&#xD;
Quanto tempo tenho para denunciar?&#xD;
&#xD;
A quem devo fazer a denúncia?&#xD;
&#xD;
O que devo fazer se assistir a uma situação de assédio?&#xD;
&#xD;
Falar sobre o assédio sexual, reconhecer a sua dimensão e identificar experiências comuns é necessário para combatê-lo, pois não basta punir os agressores, é essencial educar e prevenir para que o assédio deixe de existir, pois nenhuma mulher merece viver com medo.</summary>

Abstract: The current political order is marked by large, interconnected&#xD;
spaces, that come to expose more than ever the fragilities of a&#xD;
post-Westphalian sovereignty paradigm, anchored in the national&#xD;
imaginary (Rocha-Cunha 2020). Political and economic cleavages,&#xD;
vulnerable democracies, and social polarizations present in today’s&#xD;
globalized world place human rights at the centre of the academic&#xD;
debate of the political realm.&#xD;
Under this prism, in this volume we hope to contribute to&#xD;
