Abstract: | The servants of private institutions have been few studied, or just not at all. Here is analyzed the pattern who rule the life of a gentlemanly club: which private uses try to emulate the manners and comportment of the private houses of aristocracy. After analyzing in another study how it followed the patterns of the aristocratic houses, between 1836 and 1870, here I show how they changed the model for the official state one, the boroughs of the administrative system. |
