| Abstract: | The main objective of the TETRA_S Course is to improve the competences of adult educators in teaching people with a cognitive disability transversal skills.
Several challenges need to be addressed to realise this general objective. Therefore, the general objective of Course is supported by the below sub-goals:
to change the hindering beliefs of adult educator's on the learning potential of the learners
to reduce resistance and inertia towards the effective adoption and application of the appropriate (digital and non - digital) tools.
to improve competences to create a powerful learning environment for teaching transversal skills, tailored to the needs of people with a cognitive disability as a prerequisite for an adequate learning process.
to improve competences to create conditions and apply techniques for training of transfer, such as meta - cognitive reflections. |
