Analfabetismo e desemprego como fatores de exclusão social. Caso do Município de Cazenga/Angola

Abstract

A tese de Doutoramento em sociologia subordinada ao tema “Analfabetismo e o Desemprego como fator de exclusão social, caso do município de Cazenga- Angola- ”. Angola, enquanto membro da Organização das Nações Unidas [ONU], na viragem para o novo século comprometeu-se em cumprir os oito (08) Objetivos do Desenvolvimento do Milénio, sendo um desses principais desígnios a irradicação do analfabetismo. Esse desiderato do ponto de vista das suas metas continua a ser uma miragem, pois, os indicadores de analfabetismo, principalmente, no Município em análise constituem um dos maiores desafios do momento, no contexto do conjunto dos objetivos definidos na Agenda 2030 e Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável. A pertinência do estudo reside no fato de proporcionar elementos, que possam contribuir para a elaboração de novas estratégias que visem combater a elevada taxa de analfabetismo, desemprego da população ativa do município, sobretudo nas zonas de maior incidência, assim como os potenciais fatores de exclusão social. Tem como objetivo geral “analisar o analfabetismo e o desemprego enquanto potenciadores da exclusão social na população do município de Cazenga / Luanda no quadro das politicas públicas angolanas. Relativamente à metodologia utilizada o tipo de pesquisa é descritiva com recurso a uma metodologia, procedendo-se a uma triangulação entre a abordagem quantitativa e qualitativa, tendo como suporte o desenho de investigação baseado no estudo de caso; Illiteracy and Unemployment as a factor of social exclusion, case of the municipality of Cazenga-Angola. Abstract: The PhD thesis in sociology under the theme “Illiteracy and Unemployment as a factor of social exclusion, case of the municipality of Cazenga- Angola”, as a member of the United Nations [UN], at the turn of the new century, committed to fulfilling the eight (08) Millennium Development Goals, one of these main goals being the eradication of illiteracy. This desideratum from the point of view of its goals remains a mirage, since the illiteracy indicators, especially in the Municipality under analysis, constitute one of the biggest challenges of the moment, in the context of the set of objectives defined in the 2030 Agenda and Development Goals Sustainable. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that it provides elements that can contribute to the elaboration of new strategies that aim to combat the high rate of illiteracy, unemployment of the active population of the municipality, especially in the areas of higher incidence, as well as the potential factors of exclusion. Social. Its general objective is “to analyze the interactions and convergences of illiteracy and unemployment as drivers of social exclusion in the municipality of Cazenga (Luanda – Angola. Regarding the methodology used, the type of research is descriptive using a methodology, proceeding with a triangulation between the quantitative and qualitative, supported by the research design based on the case study.
