Abstract: In this article, we have proposed a mathematical method based on electrical circuit analogy to derive the relation homothetic ratio for optimal flow access under unsteady state. Based on this, we have also found the homothetic ratio for conduit length. We have shown that unlike to the steady state, it obeys the quartic law instead of cubic law [4]. we have also proved the robustness, convergence and accuracy of model based on impedance minimization and svelteness measure.
