Modernidade técnica, tecnociência e tecnicidade na economia

Abstract

A partir de uma interlocução com Heidegger, atinente à sua “filosofia da técnica”, o presente trabalho conduz uma investigação que procura fazer radicar a construção teórica da Economia Neoclássica no cunho da "essência não-técnica" da técnica moderna. Postula, pois, uma “tecnicidade” que envolve um esquadrinhamento do próprio caráter metafísico da techné moderna e seu modo infringente de desvelar a realidade. Por isto principia, comme il faut, por uma incursão na metafísica da subjetividade dos tempos modernos, dado que é aí que se consuma o projeto de objetivação científica da natureza e de exploração técnica do mundo, enquanto forma específica de vigência da totalidade do real. Como nenhuma outra, a Economia Neoclássica assimilou a representação metafísica subjacente aos fundamentos da ciência empírica moderna, e é nessa determinação que reproduz com fidelidade o pensar técnico fundante da relação objetivada do homem com o mundo da usabilidade desmedida. O pensamento representativo, que projeta a natureza como repositório exigível de matérias-primas imprescindíveis à exploração econômica contínua e ilimitada, respalda-se numa essência técnica prefixada do cogitar científico, ou seja, do saber –já como tal (tecno)científico– requisitado pela técnica para o seu próprio desencadeamento. Em meio a isso, é como cientificidade triunfante –possibilitada pela ancoragem num dado procedimento metodológico– que a economia do neoclassicismo emerge, mutatis mutandis, na esteira da constituição da própria tecnociência; nasce, pois, de uma predisposição técnica para fazer de si mesma uma antropologia pragmática de processos maximizadores automáticos. O humano que lhe diz respeito, egocêntrico e maximizador, parece escolher o que quer, muito embora não possa querer o que escolhe, porque, conforme esclarecido pelo próprio Heidegger, esse homem não é o artífice autônomo e consciente da armação (Ge-stell); ABSTRACT: (Technical Modernity, Technoscience and Technicity in Economics) From an interlocution with Heidegger, related to his "philosophy of technique", the present work conducts an investigation that seeks to establish the theoretical construction of "neoclassical economics" in the stamp of the "non-technical essence" of modern technique. It posits, therefore, a "technicity" that involves a scan of the metaphysical character of modern techné and its infringing way of unveiling reality. For this reason it begins, as a matter of fact, by an incursion into the metaphysics of the subjectivity of modern times, since it is there that the project of scientific objectification of nature and of technical exploitation of the world is consummated, as a specific form of validity of the totality of the real. Like no other, neoclassical economics has assimilated the metaphysical representation underlying the foundations of modern empirical science, and it is in this determination that faithfully reproduces the underlying technical thinking of man's objectified relation to the world of unreasonable usability. Representative thought, which projects nature as a repository of raw materials essential to continuous and unlimited economic exploitation, it is based on a technical essence prefixed of the scientific cogitation or knowledge –as such (techno)scientific – required by the technique for its own triggering. It is like triumphant scientificity, due to the application of a methodological procedure, that the economy of neoclassicism, mutatis mutandis, emerges in the wake of the constitution of the technoscience itself; it arises, therefore, from a technical predisposition to make of itself a pragmatic anthropology of automatic maximizing processes. The human that concerns it, egocentric and maximizing, seems to choose what he wants, even though he cannot want what he chooses, because, as Heidegger himself explains, this man is not the autonomous and conscious artificer of the enframing (Ge-stell).
